Montenegro Prime Minister’s visit to Kosovo which was cancelled today due to bad weather has been rescheduled for next week, the Government of Kosovo has announced, Gazeta Express reports.
Montenegro PM Dusko Markovic has cancelled his planned trip to Pristina on Tuesday due to the fog at the Airport causing delay and cancelation of flights. The Government in Podgorica issued a press release confirming that the new schedule will be coordinated with relevant authorities in Pristina and schedule the new date in due time.
Dusko Markovic was expected to visit Kosovo amidst the debate on ratification of the Agreement on border demarcation with Montenegro. Kosovo and Montenegro have signed the border deal in 2015 but Kosovo Parliament has not ratified yet due to opposition protest against the deal claiming that Kosovo loses over 8000 hectares of land. /GazetaExpress/
