National Coordinator for State Reforms, Besnik Tahiri, has asked the state reform be courageous, long-term and strategic.
Tahiri in an interview with daily Epoka e Re, admitted that Kosovo’s administration has many flaws. He said that the administration suffers institutional inequality when it comes to sharing of public functions and salaries. Tahiri also mentioned the establishment of the Association of Serb-majority Municipalities, stating that there will be no concessions in this process confirming that the Association will be established in compliance with the decision of the Constitutional Court of Kosovo. “The statute of the Association which is expected to be drafted will be sent to the Constitutional Court of Kosovo on assessing its constitutionality,” Tahiri said.
